Knowledge is the absolute foundation of everything we will do together. With the Daily Drops of Wisdom, you'll cover a comprehensive range of topics and learn what to do and what to not do. The topics range from social determinants of health, such as what happens when a society adopts artificial light, to deep dives into the science of dietary fatty acids, to the foundations of fueling for sports, and the absolute magic of our world. At this level, you'll be able to receive analyses and weekly summaries by email, if you prefer, and participate in threaded conversations with other members.

2. INNER CIRCLE

The Inner Circle fortifies the Daily Drops of Wisdom with numerous interactive services in an atmosphere of shared curiosity. The Inner Circle embraces the Buddhist concept of shoshin, the beginner's mindset, which posits that we know nothing. This mindset may be hard for you if you're a smart, accomplished person.
