The Big Idea

Our Founder Explains

How Ezz Works

Ezz cuts through the noise. It brings you original analyses of science, history, and politics, and it always works to simplify your pursuit of health. No clichés, no hype, no hucksters — just steady, honest learning and people worth learning alongside.

You'll meet life-long learners who are informed, open-minded, accomplished, and generous. You'll make new friends. The learning is gentle and steady, like rain carving a canyon.

Here's the idea underneath it. You want wisdom now, but the universe is infinite and much of what passes for knowledge has been corrupted. You can't have wisdom now. You can have it with time. Ezz elevates your wisdom with time.

Ezz is not for everyone. If you want clichés and hype, this isn't for you. If you want a refuge from hucksters, you're in the right place. In the highly interactive Club Inner Circle, you fill your cup and separate yourself from the masses.

Ezz Leaves The Screen

The teachings aren't only read. They're lived. A few times a year the club leaves the classroom for the field — the open sea, the desert, the plains of Africa — to put functional supremacy to the test. Upcoming expeditions are listed and linked in the footer.

  • Ezz is a bit academic. It poses important questions, works to answer them, and takes me along for the ride. It's absolutely one of a kind!

    Jamie Bockelman (Boca Raton)
  • Dr. Arnon Krongrad is a rare kind of thinker — someone who doesn’t just speak about health, performance, and community, but redefines them at a deeper level. His work with Ezz goes beyond trends and quick fixes. It’s about cultivating awareness, encouraging meaningful dialogue, and creating environments where people can truly grow — physically, mentally, and emotionally. What makes him stand out is his ability to bridge science with humanity — to bring clarity without oversimplifying, and depth without losing connection. This wasn’t just a conversation — it was an experience in thinking differently.

  • Arnon brings a different kind of energy to the conversation one that began not in a lab or boardroom, but in a simple text about a homemade moussaka that grew into Ezz, a global community. In this episode, he shared how that small group evolved into a space exploring nutrition, circadian biology, resilience, and performance especially during the uncertainty of the pandemic. What stood out was the emphasis on independent thinking and collective learning, grounded in curiosity rather than trends. Listeners will walk away with a broader lens on health, performance, and questioning what they’re told. Arnon shows up with sharp curiosity and conviction, making the conversation both challenging and engaging.
