Plan 1: The Club Inner Circle
The Club is built around proximity. At its center is Dr. Krongrad — surgeon-scientist, founder of Ezz, the man who introduced laparoscopic prostatectomy to the world — and seven years of distilling primary scientific literature into usable understanding. Once a quarter, you sit with him one-on-one to take stock of where you are and where you're going.
Around that sits the room: a small network of experts and intellectually curious and open fellow travelers, continuously learning together in an atmosphere of shared purpose and action. People who take this as seriously as you do.
The Club teaches in three ways.
Daily — the Drops of Wisdom. Original analyses across the full range of what determines how well you live: the social determinants of health, the science of fatty acids, fueling for sport, the wonder of the natural world, what to do and what to avoid. Each Drop links to the original publications and opens into threaded conversation. Bookmark it, search it, return to it anytime.
Monthly — the Mastermind. Ten Fridays a year, ninety minutes, a small room. The conversational heart of the Club, where dense science becomes usable understanding, examined in the open.
Throughout the year — together. Book clubs with members and authors. Live discussions with guest experts. In-person gatherings. And priority access to the Ezzpeditions, our immersive annual expeditions that teach the foundations of functional supremacy through the body.
Membership
$15,000 annually, or $4,500 quarterly.
