The Ezz Inner Circle · For Practitioners
A private club for the coaches, clinicians, and teachers who seek broader, deeper, more complete insights about human biology.
Conflicted because so much of what gets taught traces back to money — industry-funded studies, sponsored conferences, the same names quoting the same limited research, much of it shaped by the businesses that profit from the conclusions. It converges on a narrow, repeating set of protocols. Good intentions, financial conflicts, a closed loop. After a few years, everyone in the room is saying the same things, and no one remembers where the evidence actually came from, whether it holds, or what more there is.
Ezz doesn’t live in that room, because Ezz wasn’t born in that room. Ezz was born when a man with more than 50 years at the bedside, who likes cooking and sports, started to ask questions and venture into new worlds, one at a time. Those worlds brought him into stories and findings he didn’t know about — like the contributions to natural immunity of a country epidemiologist named Mister Pickles.
At Ezz, we read the primary literature, broadly and without allegiance to any camp, and we follow it wherever it goes. Sometimes that confirms what you believe. Usually it complicates it, deepens it, or overturns it. We also develop unusual events that fortify the lessons of the classroom. We partner with the Pegasus Masters Swim Team in Sardinia to understand carbohydrates. We trek into the Chihuahuan Desert to feel what night really is, how the Apache evaded the cavalry, and the liberation that comes from finally inverting Mouse Utopia.
The reason Ezz is one of a kind is the range. Real answers to how a body should live don’t sit in one discipline, so we don’t stay in one. In a given month we might read:
The range is the point. It elevates wisdom and it entertains — a steady, continuous stream of foundational lessons that differentiate and elevate its disciples.
They built a medical school. We are building a health school.
Ezz will take you somewhere new, and that only works if you want to go. If you need your existing beliefs confirmed, this isn’t your room. If some of what you find here contradicts what you were taught, that’s not a bug. That’s the reason to be here.
It’s for the curious — the practitioner who got into this work to understand the body, not just to run the playbook, and who’s willing to have that understanding challenged, widened, and rebuilt on firmer ground.
For a coach, clinician, or teacher, this isn’t personal spending. It’s differentiating professional development — the continuing education that makes you genuinely better at your work, and the kind of expense many professionals run through their business.
If you have discerning clients, they’ll feel that you are different, and better.
Take a short, fun quiz. It humbles nearly all who take it, and it’s a quick look at what more there is to learn.
The Inner Circle is small and available by invitation only. If you’re the curious kind — the practitioner who wants to be liberated to think and grow — I’d rather talk it through than send you a checkout link. Fifteen minutes, and we’ll see if it fits.
