"A transformational wilderness expedition for high-performing, intellectually curious men and women who value perspective, adventure, and meaningful connection"
On November 9, step beyond ordinary travel and into a transformational wilderness experience designed for explorers, thinkers, leaders, creatives, and seekers craving something deeper than a vacation.
Ezzpedition 2026 is a five-day immersive journey through the untamed beauty of West Texas, Big Bend Ranch State Park, and the legendary Santa Elena Canyon. Together, we'll backpack through the wild heart of the Chihuahuan Desert, paddle beneath towering canyon walls on the Rio Grande, share meaningful conversations under the Milky Way, and disconnect from noise to reconnect with perspective, adventure, and authentic human connection.
Moderate physical fitness is recommended. Participants should be comfortable hiking with a backpack, spending extended time outdoors, and paddling for multiple hours during the canoe expedition.
The package includes transportation between Midland and Terlingua, guided wilderness experiences, canoe equipment, wilderness meals, luxury tipi lodging, guides, and group learning experiences throughout the trip.
Our guests are often entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, professionals, adventurers, and intellectually curious individuals seeking meaningful experiences, deeper conversations, personal reflection, and adventure beyond traditional tourism.
Limited to none in many areas. This experience is intentionally designed to help participants disconnect from digital noise and reconnect with nature, perspective, and meaningful conversation.
While many guests experience personal insight, clarity, and renewal, the Ezzpedition is best described as a transformational adventure experience rooted in exploration, learning, connection, and wilderness immersion and the perpetual quest for functional supremacy.
Big Bend offers the darkest night skies in the United States. It is among the best places in the world to gaze up at and connect with the celestial bodies and be filled with a sense of awe that is simply not available in the modern urban landscape.
No prior experience is necessary. Experienced guides will provide instruction, support, and safety guidance throughout the expedition.
Flights to Midland, personal gear/clothing, snacks, alcohol, travel insurance, and incidental personal purchases are not included.
A detailed packing list and preparation guide will be provided after registration.
Yes. On the first and last nights, we'll be staying in luxury tipis as shown above. Two participants will share luxury tipis unless alternative arrangements are requested and available. Every tipi has a bed and a couch. Trip organizers are not in charge of deciding who sleeps where.
