A Declaration of Functional Supremacy
Not longevity. Not wellness. Not biohacking. What we are actually after, and why.
The Ezz Mastermind · 2026–2027
Minimum noise. Examined in the open.
Not a webinar series. Not a course. A standing table where the primary literature is read, tested, and examined in the open, by intellectually curious, skeptical men and women who take this as seriously as you do.
It is for the person who has read enough health advice to trust almost none of it, and wants to get past the noise for good. No trends, no politics, no theater. The Club teaches in several ways: the daily Drops of Wisdom go deep and technical, one dense idea at a time; the events, from Sardinia to the Ezzpeditions, teach through the body. The Mastermind is the conversational one, ninety minutes a month where the dense becomes general, and the general becomes usable. It is one essential part of what Club membership opens.
Not longevity. Not wellness. Not biohacking. What we are actually after, and why.
The phylogeny of stomach acid, the connection of diet to murder, and other pillars of health.
Stearic acid, linoleic acid, the Sydney Heart Study, and a couple who snuck rats in their pockets.
Antidepressants, artificial light, power lines, biologicals. So many poisons, so little time.
Man the fat hunter, the birth of aerobics, the first feedlots, how Don Quixote slept, and the wisdom of the past.
The sociology of running, the truth about carbs, and the foundations of physical function.
Circadian biology, a country epidemiologist named Mr. Pickles, and the origins of lunacy.
Crazy cat lady, Mouse Utopia, the Tsimane, and the social determinants of our function.
You're on your own, it's not about money, nothing is important, and the rest of our politely incorrect philosophy.
No lecture. A member brings a real problem, and the room works it through together.
Before either of us decides anything, fifteen minutes to see whether it fits. No agenda, no pitch.
